Regional Project Manager of the Blueprints Program for USA and EMEA
At xAd I was first hired as one of the three original employees on the Blueprints project, after working with management I kickstarted a system of productivity and training measures and soon became team lead in New York. After being tasked with expanding the US team to Las Vegas and building and training the Europe and India teams I was promoted to Regional Project Manager of the Blueprints Program for USA and EMEA the company has since decided to move this project to India and China.

Centralising all the different websites and platforms used in daily work on the project into BluePrints Central, a site I created, as well as creating a system of tutorial videos and quizzes for on the job training.
